These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between qquu ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service made available through the qquu website at https://qquu.app or any associated subdomain or mobile interface operated by qquu.

By accessing the qquu platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any game or betting service offered on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the qquu platform.

qquu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, qquu will endeavour to notify registered users via email or a prominent on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page identify the currently operative version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

1.1 Scope of Services

qquu offers the following services to eligible registered users: online sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports); live casino games streamed by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; slot games supplied by providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; crash games including titles powered by Spribe; table games; and speciality games including Ganesh Fortune and Jackpot Bingo. The availability of specific games or betting markets may vary based on technical, regulatory, or operational factors at any time.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with qquu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and qquu with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between you and qquu relating to the same subject matter.

Access to and use of qquu is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. qquu is strictly an adult platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting activities of the type offered by qquu are not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be registered and operated in the account holder's own name and for their personal entertainment only.
• You have not previously been excluded from qquu or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of qquu or any of its technology, game, or payment service providers.

2.1 Age Verification Process

qquu reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Account access and withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of satisfactory age verification. qquu will not process any withdrawal until age and identity verification is complete.

2.2 Responsible Use of Parental Controls

If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that those minors cannot access your qquu account. qquu strongly recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices. qquu accepts no liability for unauthorised access to a player's account by a minor where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account credentials.

To use qquu's betting and gaming services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and update that information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You must register using your own legal name as it appears on your official identity documents. You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and a valid email address. qquu will use these contact details for account verification, transaction notifications, and support communications. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the qquu platform. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, qquu reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account, forfeit any bonuses claimed through that account, and suspend or permanently ban the player at its sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. qquu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify qquu immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

qquu is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, qquu may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a National Identity Card, passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

All financial transactions on the qquu platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). qquu supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

qquu currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are encouraged to check the Cashier section of the platform for the most current list of supported methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on qquu is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. qquu reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and to apply enhanced due diligence to large transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's qquu wallet balance within 60 seconds of a successful mobile financial service transaction. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. qquu does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, the player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically actioned within a few hours of the request being submitted during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad are generally credited within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. qquu does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals.

4.5 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, bets, and winnings on qquu are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). qquu does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required for international card transactions is handled by the card issuer, and any resulting exchange rate costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.6 Transaction Integrity

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a deposit is traced to a third-party source, qquu reserves the right to withhold the deposit amount and any associated winnings pending investigation, and to return the funds to the originating payment method.

qquu offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, seasonal promotions during events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms set out in the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must wager a total amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Real money funds deposited to the player's account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the general withdrawal conditions in Section 4.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account balance without notice. Wagering requirement deadlines run from the time the bonus is credited to the account, not from the time of deposit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qquu reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or through betting patterns that qquu determines — at its sole discretion — to constitute bonus abuse. Behaviours that may be deemed bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, placing low-risk hedging bets designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements, systematically exploiting free bet offers across multiple accounts, and coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering conditions collectively.

5.4 Promotion Changes

qquu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited to their account.

By using the qquu platform, you agree to the following obligations, which apply at all times throughout your use of any qquu service.

• Accurate Information: You will provide truthful and accurate information during registration and in all subsequent communications with qquu, including KYC submissions, support requests, and account update forms.
• Personal Use Only: You will use your qquu account solely for your own personal entertainment. You will not use your account on behalf of, or for the financial benefit of, any third party.
• Legal Compliance: You will use the qquu platform only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Account Security: You will take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your account credentials and will notify qquu immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Responsible Gaming: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You accept responsibility for the financial decisions you make on the qquu platform and you commit to using the responsible gaming tools provided by qquu if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• Respectful Conduct: You will treat qquu staff and other players with respect in all communications. Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at qquu staff or other users will result in account suspension.
• Technical Integrity: You will not attempt to exploit any technical malfunction, error, or vulnerability in the qquu platform or any game it offers. Any bets or winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qquu platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance and any pending withdrawals. qquu reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Account Creation: Registering more than one account, registering under a false identity, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the qquu platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds as part of a money laundering scheme or any other financial crime.
• Cheating and Collusion: Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or engaging in any form of cheating in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the qquu platform in a manner that is not through direct, manual human use.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any pricing error, technical fault, system glitch, or display error to obtain a financial advantage. Any bets placed under such circumstances will be voided at qquu's discretion.
• Unauthorised Data Collection: Scraping, crawling, or otherwise systematically extracting data from the qquu website or platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.
• Impersonation: Impersonating another registered player, a qquu staff member, or any other person in communications with qquu or in any activity on the platform.

qquu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following circumstances.

8.1 Suspension by qquu

qquu may suspend an account pending investigation where: the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period; unusual or suspicious transaction patterns have been identified on the account; the player is reasonably suspected of engaging in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7; or a responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been received for the account.

8.2 Permanent Closure by qquu

qquu may permanently close an account where: the player has been found to have violated these Terms in a material way; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the platform; the player has failed to satisfy age or identity verification requirements; or the player has operated multiple accounts in contravention of the one-account policy in Section 3.2.

8.3 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting qquu support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, qquu may request identity verification to confirm the account holder's identity. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance holds on the account.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the qquu platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly upon processing and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. qquu's Responsible Gaming page provides detailed guidance on the self-exclusion process and available support resources.

8.5 Effects of Closure

Upon permanent account closure, any bonus funds remaining in the account will be forfeited. Real money funds will be returned subject to Section 8.3. qquu is not liable for any losses a player claims to have incurred as a result of account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
